We will be taking consignments Monday August 18th to Friday August 22nd 10 am to 6 pm.  We will not take consignments the day of the sale!

This is an in person only auction.  If you would like to do a phone in bid please contact us prior to the sale.  All items are sold as is where is and are the responsibility of the buyer once sold. All loads will be checked as they are leaving, so make sure you get a receipt.  All items must be off premises by September 5th, 2025.

All Loads Must be Secured before leaving the premises.  There will be a 5% Credit card fee.  

There are no buyers premiums at any of our sales!

Auction Date is August 23rd 2025 at 10 am at 8049 N State Rd, Orleans MI 48865.

Under $10 no payout

$10-$200                 20%

$201-$500               15%

$501-$5,000             10%

$5,001 and up           $500

As is Where is.  Buyers are responsible for items bought as soon as the auctioneer says sold.  All loads must be secured.  Loads will be checked before leaving for correct items, please have your receipt ready.

As soon as small items are sold, they can be removed, if help is needed, we will be available with a loader after the end of the sale and by appointment August 25th to September 5th.  Larger items may be removed as soon as is reasonable.  The loader will be available after the end of the sale.
